Returns & Refunds policy

  1. All sales on the Site/App/Channel will be final and will not be refunded into the bank account of the user.

  2. By requesting a refund, the user agrees to provide Astroman's Quality Audit team permission to access the recording of the consultation for which the refund has been requested, to determine whether the case is fit for refund.

  3. The decision of Astroman's Audit team on processing the refund is at the sole discretion of the team and is final in nature.

  4. Astroman's Audit team will, on a best efforts basis, provide partial/full refunds to users in the following cases:

    • (a) Disturbance over the call due to weak signal strength, background noise, Astrologer being inaudible, etc.

    • (b) Astrologer is unable to answer fluently in English/Hindi language.

    • (c) Astrologer takes an inordinately long amount of time to respond to a user's query.

    • (d) Partner Astrologer provides an irrelevant or inappropriate response to the query posed by the user.

  5. Refunds will be processed within up to 60 days after analysis.

Note: No refund requests will be entertained for lack of accuracy of any consultation. As Astroman acts as an subsidized experimental service, it takes no responsibility for the factual accuracy of any consultation.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the service to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days before the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product or service delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 60 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
